Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with cervical myelopathy (a condition where the spinal cord in your neck is compressed).
  • Your symptoms are mild, as measured by a specific doctor's assessment (score of 15 to 17).
  • You understand English well enough to follow the study and give consent.
  • You do not need urgent surgery for your neck condition.
  • You do not have another neurological condition that could affect the results.
  • You can commit to a 12-week program with up to 10 supervised rehab sessions and a home exercise routine.
