Who can take part
- You had surgery for DCM (degenerative cervical myelopathy) more than 12 months ago and still have trouble with balance.
- You do not have uncontrolled heart or lung disease, unstable health conditions, or seizures.

- You are not pregnant, and you are able to give consent.
- You are not currently doing physical or occupational therapy for any condition.
