Who can take part

  • You are an adult man or woman.
  • You have been diagnosed with sleep apnea by a doctor.
  • Your sleep apnea is moderate or severe (not mild).
  • You do not have certain nose, throat, or jaw problems.
  • You do not have kidney disease, heart failure, cancer, depression, anxiety, or a neurological disorder.
  • You are not taking specific medications like benzodiazepines, antidepressants, or anxiety meds.
  • You have not had surgery in the last 6 months.
