Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have a kidney biopsy that shows one of these: IgA nephropathy, C3 glomerulopathy, or IC-MPGN with C3 deposits
- Your urine protein-to-creatinine ratio is at least 0.75 g/g (a measure of protein in your urine)
- Your kidney function (eGFR) is 30 or higher
- You are on a stable dose of ACE inhibitors or ARBs (blood pressure medications) for at least 12 weeks
