Who can take part
- You must have completed the previous HSK39297-202 study and your doctor thinks the medicine is working well for you
- Your kidney function score (eGFR) must be at least 30 mL/min/1.73 m² (a measure of how well your kidneys are filtering waste)
- You must stay on stable doses of kidney-protective medications like ACE inhibitors, ARBs, SGLT2 inhibitors, or other prescribed treatments
- You must have had vaccines against meningitis and pneumococcal disease, with booster shots if needed
- Women of childbearing age must use highly effective birth control; men must use highly effective birth control for 90 days after stopping the medicine
