Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old and have a confirmed diagnosis of IgA nephropathy from a kidney biopsy.
- You need to have high protein in your urine (at least 0.75 grams per gram of creatinine or 1.0 grams per day) based on two tests done after being on a stable dose of certain blood pressure or kidney medications for at least 12 weeks.
- Your kidney function (eGFR) must be between 30 and 90 mL/min/1.73m², and you must be on a stable dose of medications like ACE inhibitors, ARBs, SGLT2 inhibitors, or others for at least 12 weeks.
- You cannot have other kidney diseases, recent use of strong immune-suppressing drugs, severe heart or liver problems, or certain other health conditions.
- If you are able to have children, you must use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after the last dose.
