Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have had a kidney biopsy confirming primary IgA nephropathy within the last 10 years
- Your 24-hour urine protein is at least 0.75 grams
- Your kidney function (eGFR) is 30 or higher
- You must get vaccines for meningitis and pneumonia at least 2 weeks before the study starts
- You must not have other serious kidney conditions or recent infections
