Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have a kidney biopsy diagnosis of C3G or ICGN (within the last 3 years).
- You have had high protein in your urine (at least 0.8 grams per gram of creatinine) in two separate tests, 2 to 4 weeks apart.
- Your kidney function (eGFR) is at least 45 mL/min, and you are on a stable dose of blood pressure medicine (ACE inhibitor or ARB) for at least 3 months.
- Your blood C3 complement level is lower than normal.
- You must be up-to-date on certain vaccines (meningococcal, pneumococcal, and Hib) or willing to get them before starting the study drug.
- You and your partner (if applicable) must use highly effective birth control for 20 weeks after the last dose of study drug.
