Who can take part
- You are 18 or older (or 12–17 and weigh at least 35 kg after adult safety checks).
- Your AML has not been cured by available treatments, including cases that did not respond to chemotherapy, relapsed after transplant, or relapsed within 12 months after initial therapy.
- Your leukemia cells show FLT3 protein (a target for the CAR-T cells).
- You have a stem cell donor (matched or partially matched) who has been cleared for donation.
- If you had a prior stem cell transplant, you must be off immune-suppressing drugs for at least 1 month and have no active graft-versus-host disease needing those drugs.
- Your heart, lungs, kidneys, and liver must be working well enough (specific test results required).
