Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a CT scan of your heart arteries that shows a blockage of 50% or more (or a lot of plaque) with at least 2 high-risk features (such as soft plaque, outward bulging, a ring-like sign, or tiny calcium spots).
  • The blocked area is in the main part of one of the three main heart arteries.
  • You do NOT have a recent heart attack or unstable angina.
  • You do NOT have severe heart failure or a very weak heart pump.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you are not allergic to statins or PCSK9 inhibitors.
