  • You have been diagnosed with colon or upper rectal cancer that is a type called adenocarcinoma.
  • Your tumor must be 'pMMR' or 'MSS' (a specific genetic profile your doctor can check).
  • Your cancer is at a stage where it is growing through the bowel wall but has not spread to other organs (cT4NxM0).
  • You have not had any prior chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery for this cancer.
  • You do not have serious heart problems, active infections, or autoimmune diseases.
