This study uses a smartphone app and a smartwatch to track movement and other signs over time to see if it can help spot early signs of Parkinson's disease. It is for people who have certain risk factors but do not yet have a Parkinson's diagnosis.

Who can take part
- You are 50 years old or older.
- You have at least one of the following: REM sleep behavior disorder, a drop in blood pressure when standing up due to nervous system problems, or a reduced sense of smell.
- You are willing and able to use a smartphone (Android version 11 or newer) and a smartwatch provided by the study.
- You do not have a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease or dementia.
- You are not taking certain medications for Parkinson's (with some exceptions) or other interfering drugs.
