Who can take part
- Age 18 to 70 years old
- Triple-negative breast cancer that has spread or come back and did not respond to taxane chemotherapy
- At least one brain tumor confirmed by MRI, with a size of 1 cm or more, that has not been treated with radiation
- You can provide tissue samples from your cancer for lab tests
- Your overall health allows you to be up and around (ECOG score 0-2) and you are expected to live at least 3 months
