Who can take part
- You have had a stroke that left you with weakness in the muscles that lift your foot up (front of shin).
- You have mild or moderate muscle tightness (spasticity) in that leg — not severe.
- You are between 40 and 55 years old.
- Your body mass index (an estimate of body fat) is 30 or less.
- You are medically stable (no active infections or serious heart issues like atrial fibrillation).
- You do not have epilepsy, severe pain sensitivity problems, or a joint replacement in your leg.
