- You are 18 years or older.
- You are having bypass surgery with at least one vein graft (for cohort 1) or had bypass surgery 5+ years ago and now have symptoms (for cohort 2).
- You are not on immunosuppressive medications.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding (if female and of childbearing age).
- You are not allergic to contrast dye or the radioactive tracer used in the study.
- You do not have severe kidney failure.
