- You had heart bypass surgery before (CABG).
- You have one or more vein grafts from that surgery.
- You currently have recurring angina symptoms (chest pain or discomfort).
- You are older than 18 years and younger than 90 years.
- You are not in cardiogenic shock (a life-threatening emergency with very poor heart pumping).
- You are able and willing to sign informed consent (agree to join).
