Who can take part

  • You have acute myeloid leukemia, acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma, or mixed/ambiguous lineage leukemia with less than 5% blast cells in your bone marrow.
  • You have not had a stem cell transplant before.
  • You have a matched or partially matched related or unrelated donor available.
  • You are getting post-transplant cyclophosphamide to prevent graft-versus-host disease.
  • Your heart, liver, and lungs are working well enough, as measured by specific tests.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and your body mass index is below 45.
