Who can take part
- You must have one of these cancers: GIST, small cell lung cancer, adrenocortical carcinoma, uveal melanoma, certain kidney cancers, or a rare pancreatic/lung tumor called NET.
- For GIST, you must have already tried imatinib. For other cancers, you must have tried standard treatments or be unable to take them.
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must be well enough to be up and about at least half the day (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You cannot have untreated or symptomatic brain metastases.
- You must have adequate kidney, liver, bone marrow, and heart function.
