Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer.
  • You have completed 4 cycles of initial treatment with a platinum-based chemotherapy plus atezolizumab (an immunotherapy).
  • After that initial treatment, your cancer has not grown (stable disease), or has shrunk (partial or complete response).
  • You are able to start this new treatment within 4 weeks of finishing your fourth cycle.
  • You have not had radiation to the chest after your initial therapy.
  • Your overall health is good enough to participate (able to care for yourself, no uncontrolled infections or heart problems).
