Who can take part

  • You must have been diagnosed with central serous chorioretinopathy (a fluid leak under the retina) within the last 6 weeks.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must agree to take part in the study.
  • You cannot have had a vitrectomy (eye surgery to remove the gel inside the eye) at any time.
  • You cannot have had laser surgery or anti-VEGF injections in the study eye in the past 3 months.
  • You cannot be pregnant or nursing, or have other serious eye conditions in the study eye.
