Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 80 years old
- Have been diagnosed with chronic heart failure for at least 1 month
- Have heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (your heart still pumps blood well but doesn't relax fully)
- Have a body mass index (BMI) of 28 or higher (considered obese)
- Be able to walk between 100 and 425 meters in 6 minutes
- Have a stable medication routine for at least 4 weeks before the trial starts
