  • You have long COVID with symptoms like fatigue, shortness of breath, or trouble thinking clearly that started or lasted for at least 2 months after your COVID infection.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have a smartphone and can use it.
  • You can come to the clinic in person for one first session.
