Who can take part

  • You have a blockage in a non-left main artery split (Medina type 1/1/1, 1/0/1, or 0/1/1).
  • The blockage causes symptoms like chest pain or has been shown to affect blood flow by tests.
  • The side branch is at least 50% narrowed, is at least 2.5mm wide, and is at least 73mm long.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have not had a recent large heart attack (STEMI within 48 hours).
  • You are not in cardiogenic shock and do not have a chronic total blockage in the artery being treated.
