Who can take part

  • You are currently an outpatient (not hospitalized).
  • You are between 18 and 68 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with major depression, PTSD, or bipolar disorder.
  • You are scheduled to start either TMS or Spravato (esketamine) treatment.
  • You have been on the same medication for at least 2 months and do not plan to change it.
  • You are fluent in English and have a working internet connection and a device with a microphone.
