Who can take part

  • You are 12 years or older and of Chinese descent.
  • You have moderate to severe chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGvHD) that hasn't responded to steroid treatment.
  • You've had a stem cell transplant from any donor, and your blood cell counts are stable (neutrophils over 1,000 and platelets over 25,000).
  • You have been on steroids for cGvHD for less than 12 months and meet criteria for steroid-resistant disease.
  • You are able to swallow tablets.
