Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have been diagnosed with moderate-to-severe cGvHD or mild cGvHD with low platelet counts (below 100)
- Your cGvHD did not respond to or worsened on high-dose steroids, or it keeps coming back when doctors try to lower your steroid dose
- Your current steroid dose is less than 0.5 mg/kg per day
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney function tests are near normal (checked within 2 weeks)
- You do not have active uncontrolled infections, hepatitis B or C, HIV, or active severe heart or lung disease
