Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 60 years old with newly diagnosed, hormone-positive breast cancer that has not spread to distant organs.
- Your tumor is either locally advanced (Stage III) or at an earlier stage (Stage II) where you are scheduled for chemotherapy or targeted therapy before surgery.
- You have good general health and adequate organ function (heart, liver, kidneys, blood cells) as assessed by routine tests.
- You cannot have serious lung disease, untreated pneumothorax, certain ear problems, or a history of hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
- You are not pregnant, not breastfeeding, and agree to use contraception during treatment and for 7 months after.
