Who can take part
- Had your first stroke (ischemic type) between 1 and 6 months ago
- Between 40 and 65 years old
- Have some tightness in your hand or finger muscles, but not severe (mild to moderate)
- Your hand weakness is mild to moderate (can still move a little)
- No open wounds, pacemaker, or unstable health conditions like uncontrolled diabetes or high blood pressure
