- You have a heart tumor that is causing symptoms like chest tightness, shortness of breath, or palpitations, or is at risk of breaking off and causing a blood clot
- Surgery cannot completely remove the tumor, or you are not healthy enough for surgery, or you choose not to have surgery
- You do not have a history of dangerous heart rhythms or a cardiac arrest
- You do not have a current infection that needs antibiotics or a bleeding disorder that makes blood thinners unsafe
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study
