NK cell and antibody treatment for relapsed AML

Who can take part

  • You have AML confirmed on a biopsy or tissue test.
  • Your AML is relapsed or not responding to standard chemo (for example, never achieved complete remission, remission lasted under 12 months, or you’ve had multiple relapses).
  • Your bone marrow leukemia cell level is above the study’s cutoff (more than 5% by eye under a microscope and/or more than 0.01% by flow testing).
  • Your liver, kidney, and bilirubin blood tests are within allowed ranges.
  • Your heart and breathing are strong enough: heart pumping (LVEF) is at least 50%, oxygen level in room air is at least 92%, and there’s no active lung infection.
  • You can have the key study safety checks: no severe brain bleeding/serious brain circulation problems, no uncontrolled severe infections, no pregnancy/breastfeeding, and you must be able to consent and have an expected survival of at least 3 months.
