  • You are 30 to 50 years old.
  • You have type 2 diabetes that is well-managed (controlled).
  • You are not currently doing any regular exercise program.
  • You do not have heart disease, stroke history, or circulation problems in your legs.
  • You do not have a chronic lung condition that affects your breathing.
