Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP), based on symptoms and genetic testing
  • You are between 14 and 70 years old
  • You have significant muscle stiffness in at least 2 joints of your legs, rated as grade 3 or higher on the Modified Ashworth Scale
  • You are willing and able to follow the study plan and attend visits
  • You are not allergic to baclofen
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the trial
