  • You are 18 or older.
  • You can do physical activity as part of the study.
  • You do not have muscle or bone problems that would make exercise unsafe.
  • You have not been in the hospital in the last 6 weeks.
  • You do not have any serious health problems that could interfere with exercise (like heart disease, severe lung disease, or a neurological disorder).
  • You have not used steroids, testosterone therapy, or other muscle-building drugs in the past 6 months.
