Who can take part

  • You must have a cleft of the gum (alveolus) or a cleft of both the gum and the roof of the mouth (palate).
  • You need to be healthy enough for surgery.
  • You are ready for a full evaluation of your jaw and face, and you may be getting surgery or braces to fix your upper jaw.
