Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You must have a recent three-to-nine point score on the Lake Louise mountain sickness scale.
  • Your chest X-ray must show lung texture changes or cloudy spots in both lower lungs.
  • You cannot have serious heart, lung, or bleeding conditions, or have used certain blood pressure medicines in the last 30 days.
