Who can take part

  • Your baby must be at least 34 weeks old at birth.
  • Your baby needs to have been on a breathing machine for more than 24 hours.
  • Your baby has a condition where blood pressure in the lungs is too high, confirmed by tests.
  • Treatment must start within the first 7 days after birth.
  • Your baby cannot have certain serious health issues like major heart defects or severe bleeding in the brain.
