  • You are 18 or older and have been diagnosed with Crohn's disease.
  • You are planning to have surgery to remove a narrowed section of your small intestine or colon.
  • Your doctor expects to be able to compare your MRI scan with the tissue removed during surgery.
  • The part of your bowel being studied is clear enough on the MRI for computer analysis.
  • You are able to undergo an MRI scan (no metal implants or claustrophobia that would prevent it).
