Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- Your breast cancer must be HR-positive (hormone receptor-positive) and HER2-negative, with a Ki67 score of 20% or higher.
- Your tumor must be at least cT2 (2 cm or larger) or cT1c with spread to lymph nodes.
- You must have measurable tumors on imaging like ultrasound or MRI.
- Your organ function (heart, liver, kidneys, blood cells) must be adequate, with a heart pumping function (LVEF) of 55% or more.
- You must not have cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) and you should not have had prior chemotherapy, hormone therapy, or immunotherapy for this cancer.
