Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You were diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury that is severe, moderate, or mild with certain high-risk features on scans.
  • You started one of the study medicines within 24 hours of your injury.
  • You are admitted to the hospital's trauma team service.
  • You have not had seizures before this injury or taken seizure medicines for other reasons.
  • You are not pregnant, not in prison, and do not have certain other serious conditions like kidney failure or a very slow heart rate.
