Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You can sit to stand, jump, and stand on one leg without pain or discomfort
  • You can read, write, and speak English well enough to fill out a short questionnaire
  • You have never injured your foot or leg
  • You have no current foot condition or ankle instability
  • You have not had an ankle injury, surgery, or torn ligaments in your lower body
  • You are not allergic to nylon, polyester, or elastane (the sock materials)
  • You are not pregnant
