Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You had a stroke caused by a blood clot or bleeding in the brain, confirmed by a CT or MRI scan, that happened at least 6 months ago but no more than 2 years ago.
  • You have partial or complete loss of vision in the same side of both eyes (homonymous hemianopsia) as diagnosed by a doctor.
  • You do not have severe dementia that would make it hard to follow the study procedures.
  • You do not have a history of seizures.
  • You do not have any metal implants, such as a pacemaker or brain clips, or other conditions that would make ultrasound unsafe.
