Who can take part
- You have advanced (unresectable or metastatic) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with a confirmed KRAS G12C mutation
- PD-L1 blood/tissue testing meets the trial threshold (any level for the Phase 2 part; PD-L1 TPS ≥ 50% for the Phase 3 part)
- You have disease that can be measured on scans for the Phase 3 part
- Your brain scan shows either no brain metastases, or brain metastases that don’t require immediate radiation/surgery and are stable
- You have not had prior medicines for advanced NSCLC, including chemotherapy, immune checkpoint inhibitors, or KRAS G12C-targeting drugs
- For the Phase 2 part, you do not have active brain metastases; for the Phase 3 part, you cannot have certain brain findings or ongoing high-dose steroid needs
