  • Your child has a confirmed diagnosis of Prader-Willi syndrome with a known genetic subtype.
  • Your child is between 3 and 16 years old.
  • Your child has a planned hospital stay or clinic visit for routine PWS follow-up at a participating center.
  • Your child has not started, stopped, or changed any psychiatric medication in the last 3 months.
  • You are able to provide clear information about your child's history.
