Who can take part

  • You have diabetes with mild to moderate nerve damage in your feet or legs.
  • You are able to understand and follow instructions and can be reached by phone.
  • You live in Kayseri and are getting diabetes care there.
  • Your blood sugar control is good (HbA1C under 8.5%) and you have not smoked for at least 6 months.
  • You have not taken any nerve pain medication for 3 months before joining.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 25 and 35.
  • You do not have foot ulcers, severe circulation problems, or certain other health issues.
