Who can take part

  • You have diabetic nerve damage in your feet (diabetic polyneuropathy) confirmed by your doctor.
  • You have pain in your foot or ankle that is at least a 4 out of 10 on a pain scale.
  • You can walk on your own for at least 10 meters (about 33 feet).
  • You are between 40 and 75 years old.
  • You can understand and follow exercise instructions.
  • You are willing to take part in the study and sign a consent form.
