Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have nasopharyngeal cancer that has not responded to or stopped working with a PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor (like Keytruda or Opdivo) and at least two types of chemotherapy (including one that contains platinum).
- You have a measurable tumor on a scan that has not been treated with radiation, or has grown after radiation.
- You are in generally good health (ECOG score 0 or 1), meaning you are fully active or only slightly restricted.
- You have not had certain heart medications (like doxorubicin) at high doses in the past.
- You are not pregnant and are willing to use effective contraception if needed.
