- You are 18 to 65 years old
- You have relapsing-remitting or secondary progressive multiple sclerosis
- Your MS and depression medications have been the same for at least 30 days
- You haven't had an MS relapse, new brain lesions, or steroid treatment in the last 30 days
- You have access to a local doctor who can be contacted if needed
- You are comfortable using a mobile device for video calls and can follow instructions remotely
