Who can take part

  • Age 18–65 years old
  • Diagnosed with relapsing-remitting or primary-progressive multiple sclerosis
  • Moderate to severe depression (not adequately helped by at least one antidepressant or therapy course)
  • Stable on MS and depression medications for at least 3–4 weeks
  • No metal implants in the head (except small titanium plates or dental fillings), pacemakers, or other devices that could interfere with brain stimulation
  • No active suicidal thoughts or recent substance/alcohol abuse (within 3 months)
