Who can take part
- You are a teenager diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis
- Your spinal curve is mild (10 to 25 degrees) and located in the upper back (thoracic)
- You are willing to take part in the trial
- You do not have any heart or lung disease or other bone/muscle problems that prevent exercise
- You do not have an open wound or allergy to the tape in the area where taping will be applied
- You have a C-shaped curve, not an S-shaped curve
