Who can take part

  • You are between 10 and 18 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed by a doctor with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.
  • Your spinal curve is between 10 and 45 degrees (mild to moderate).
  • You and your parent or guardian are willing to take part.
  • You have no other rheumatologic, nerve, or bone conditions.
  • You haven't had any scoliosis-specific treatment in the last 6 months.
